Rachel Grob, MA, PhD, Featured at HEC Annual Conference

Rachel Grob, MA, PhD, will appear as a panelist at the 2026 Healthcare Ethics Consortium Annual Conference on March 24, 2026, in Atlanta, Georgia. Grob will join colleagues to discuss “Effecting Change through Narrative” – utilizing different storytelling mediums to effect change at individual and institutional levels.
Grob is a distinguished scientist and the director of the Qualitative and Health Experiences Research Lab. Her work focuses on improving health by listening to people’s experiences with health and health care, synthesizing their narratives, and then using this powerful learning as a source for making concrete changes that benefit consumers, families, clinicians, and communities.
The Healthcare Ethics Consortium (HEC) was founded in 1994 and provides leadership in health care ethics education, reflection, and practice. Their mission is to improve health care through ethical reflection and action. HEC is affiliated with the Emory University Center for Ethics.
