Overview

This year’s Osher Collaborative Virtual Symposium explores evidence-informed, integrative approaches to women’s health across the lifespan. Through expert presentations, discussions, and experiential sessions, participants will learn about topics such as cardiovascular health, brain health, hormonal changes, pelvic and vaginal health, and breast cancer prevention and recovery.

The symposium will also examine common myths and misinformation surrounding women’s health while highlighting practical, evidence-based lifestyle strategies and non-pharmacological approaches that support prevention, resilience, and healing.

Whether you’re seeking information for yourself, a loved one, your patients, or your community, this event is open to everyone interested in learning more about integrative approaches to women’s health and well-being.
