Bio
Jeremy Taigman, MD, joined DFMCH in 2026 as a resident. He is interested in addiction medicine, community health, health equity, HIV care, and street medicine. He wants to invest fully in the community through education, outreach, and long-term patient partnerships built on trust.
He hopes to practice in an urban setting, using a model of care that recognizes the broader challenges patients face and responds with meaningful health and lifestyle education in both clinical and community settings. Experiences coordinating first aid trainings with nonprofits and schools and volunteering at safe syringe exchange sites and mobile health units have furthered his interests in community outreach, health education, harm reduction, and working with underserved patient populations.
Taigman enjoys live music, cooking, collecting vinyl, role-playing games, and bicycling.
