Alex Rinehart on 2026 Roll of Honor

Alex Rinehart, BA, an administrative assistant in the University of Wisconsin Department of Family Medicine and Community Health, has been recognized on the 2026 University Staff Recognition Awards Roll of Honor. Rinehart’s nomination noted that they are “the kind of colleague whose impact is felt not only in the work they complete, but in the way they show up for the people around them.”

Rinehart supports financial operations in the department and has shown strength in problem solving. Rinehart consistently demonstrates sound judgement, persistence, and the ability to identify the underlying issue to move forward to resolution. Their emotional intelligence and maturity helps them show grace under pressure and contribute to a positive and supportive workplace. Rinehart is approachable, kind, and collaborative and cares about service, quality, and continuous improvement. Their genuine commitment to learning and service has made an impact on the department since starting their role in 2025.
