Belleville Clinic Named to 2026 WASB Business Honor Roll

Each year, the Wisconsin Association of School Boards (WASB) recognizes outstanding local businesses that go above and beyond in support of their local schools through their business honor roll. The Bellville School District nominated UW Health Belleville Clinic for their vital role in supporting student health and well-being.

Belleville Clinic’s “accessibility, community outreach, and partnership with the district helps ensure that students are healthy, supported, and ready to learn,” said the School District of Belleville in its nomination. The district recalled how the clinic was the first to collaborate with them to find community-based solutions when SNAP benefits were suspended in 2025 and shared that UW Health Belleville Clinic is critical to delivering improved outcomes for students and families.

UW Health Belleville Clinic is one of four University of Wisconsin Department of Family Medicine and Community Health residency clinics. The clinic serves a mix of pediatric, adult, obstetric, and geriatric patients through approximately 15,000 visits annually. Belleville’s clinical staff are deeply connected to the community, with many living nearby and bringing local knowledge that enhances patient care.
