  • Describe why effective interventions often fail to achieve their intended population impact.
  • Identify how implementation context, strategies, mechanisms, and outcomes can be used to systematically design and evaluate translation into real-world settings.
  • Apply RE-AIM and research–practice partnership principles to identify opportunities to improve the reach, adoption, implementation, and maintenance of lifestyle and integrative health programs.
  • Describe examples of how clinical, workplace, and community settings can function as learning systems in which research and practice continuously inform one another.
