Natasha Mednikova, MBA, MA, joined the DFMCH finance team in 2026. Mednikova enjoys partnering with faculty and administrative teams to support the financial side of research and make complex processes easier to navigate. Her background in accounting and project management helps her bring structure, clarity, and practical problem‑solving to her work. She values clear communication and takes pride in being a dependable resource for others.
Mednikova is especially interested in building practical processes, answering questions before they become problems, and partnering with faculty and staff to ensure funds are managed accurately and compliantly. Her goal is to support strong, sustainable research by bringing clarity, organization, and a collaborative approach to post‑award financial management.
