Clinical Integrative Health and Wellness Services at UW Health
Our clinical services include primary care and consultative care, acupuncture, massage therapy, group medical visits, health coaching, movement and fitness classes, and an innovative, socially responsive mindfulness program. Together, these offerings reflect a whole-person approach to health that attends to the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual parts of healing. Our faculty were among the leaders developing the Whole Health program for the United States Department of Veteran Affairs, focusing on delivering patient-centered, holistic care. This approach is central to many of our clinical offerings.
Integrative Pediatrics
The University of Wisconsin Osher Pediatric Integrative Health Program was created to develop the infrastructure to support the clinical services, education, research, and scholarly work of pediatric integrative health. The Pediatric Integrative Health Advisory Committee, composed of faculty and trainees, supports the program’s development and fosters connections within UW Health and beyond, including the larger Osher Collaborative.
Integrative pediatric care at UW Health includes:
- General integrative health consult clinic
- Pediatric mind body consult clinic
- Osteopathic manipulative medicine consult services
- Programming for families, parents, and children by the UW Health Mindfulness Program
