Jennifer Lochner. MD
Congratulations to Jennifer Lochner, MD (Associate Professor, CHS) on being selected to serve another term on the University of Wisconsin Medical Foundation (UWMF) Compensation Development committee. Lochner’s selection was endorsed by the UWMF Board Executive/Governance Committee and will serve a three-year term ending December 31, 2025.
The UWMF Compensation Development Committee is responsible for the review of department compensation plans to ensure compliance and for developing organizational physician compensation plan guidelines. Committee members consider emerging market trends and seek opportunities to align compensation with organizational strategy.
