Ejura Salihu, PhD
Congratulations to Ejura Salihu, PhD (Researcher II) on receiving the Morgridge Center for Public Service Engaged Alumni Award. Salihu was recognized at the Wisconsin Idea Conference on April 7th, 2025. As part of her award, she was able to select a non-profit to receive $250; Salihu chose CORE El Centro.
The Morgridge Center for Public Service Engaged Alumni Award recognizes a UW-Madison alumnus who strives to make their community a happier and healthier place to live as part of a lifelong commitment to civic engagement.
CORE El Centro’s mission is to enhance health and wellness through integrative health services focused on empowerment, healing, safety, and reducing barriers to access.
