Bio
Joscelin Eberle, MLIS (she/her/hers) earned a BA with a joint major in History & History of Science and Medicine, complemented by a minor in Gender & Women’s Studies from UW-Madison. Her education allowed her to explore how communities reacted to pivotal historical moments, particularly focusing on the profound impacts of WWII, as well as the history of infectious disease and the evolution of public health practices. Furthering her interest in how historical contexts shape contemporary society, she earned an MA in Library and Information Studies from UW-Madison, which helped shape her understanding of the evolving needs of communities. Joscelin also earned an HR Certificate from Madison Area Technical College in 2021. She has a scholarly interest in community health and health equity.
