Alexander Milsap, MD
Congratulations to Alexander Milsap, MD (Clinical Assistant Professor) on being named the new medical director of inpatient medicine at UW Health East Madison Hospital. Milsap will continue to build on strong relationships with nursing leadership, health system leadership, the emergency department, and outpatient providers.
Prior to this role, Milsap directed the inpatient teaching service for family medicine and served as an East Madison Hospital third-floor dyad physician. He has worked with the hospital medicine team since 2019 when he joined the faculty. He will continue his role as a primary care physician at the UW Health DeForest-Windsor family medicine clinic.
