Congratulations to Shirwin Yeung, MBA, PMP, CSM (Director of Strategic Initiatives) on being invited as a presenter for the University of Wisconsin Office of Strategic Consulting In Scope: Managing Projects at UW-Madison series. Yeung will lead the course “Project Success at UW-Madison: How to Get It Right the First Time” on October 5, 2023. Yeung will guide registrants through the process of identifying requirements from a project’s inception, resulting in a comprehensive, accurate, and achievable project scope and will share valuable insights on effective strategies for project scope, progress, change management, and communication.
Yeung is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM). She has over a decade of experience managing global capital projects up to $3 billion at various Fortune 500 firms. Originally from Hong Kong, Yeung moved to Madison from Houston, Texas in 2021.
In Scope is an online series designed for managers of small- to medium-sized projects. Project managers experts address managing projects in the university environment, introduce project management methods and resources, and facilitate conversations around common problems and solutions.
