Jennifer Edgoose, MD, MPH
Congratulations to Jennifer Y.C. Edgoose, MD, MPH (Professor, CHS) on being awarded a Presidential Citation by the Wisconsin Medical Society (WMS). Presidential Citations are presented by the WMS President to a physician or non-physician who has made a significant contribution to medicine or public health.
Highlights of Edgoose’s achievements include past service as the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine Minority and Multicultural Health Collaborative co-chair, UW Outstanding Women of Color awardee, Baldwin E. Lloyd Faculty Teaching Award recipient, receiving the Brillman Mentoring Award, and her focus on care of marginalized populations and strategies to promote health equity and community engagement in clinical care, education, and research.
