Rachel Grob, MA, PhD
Congratulations to Rachel Grob, PhD (Director, Qualitative and Health Experiences Research Lab) on being awarded distinguished status by the Distinguished Status Review Committee. Grob has a “substantial portfolio of impact-oriented research” centering on patient experience with health and health care, pioneering qualitative and mixed-method approaches to addressing gaps in patient experience and acting as a public spokesperson for the importance of this work in American health care.
Grob is “a sought-after speaker, consultant, mentor, and subject matter expert with respect to health experiences, qualitative methodology, and patients’ diverse perspectives on health and health care” who has fostered the career development of hundreds of students and mentees.
