Congratulations to Sarina Schrager, MD (Professor, CHS) on being appointed editor-in-chief of Family Medicine, the official journal of the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine. Dr. Schrager previously served on the editorial board of Family Medicine for six years, currently serves on the editorial board of the Journal of the American Board of Family Medicine, and has been the editor-in-chief of Wisconsin Medical Journal since 2019. Dr. Schrager will assume her new role at Family Medicine on May 1, 2022. One of her primary goals in this role is to create a more diverse editorial team.
Family Medicine publishes original research, systematic reviews, narrative essays, and policy analyses relevant to the discipline of family medicine with particular focus on primary care medical education, heath workforce policy, and health services research.
