Jacob Bryan, MD, is a family medicine doctor at UW Health. Dr. Bryan cares for patients of all ages and treats a full spectrum of acute and chronic medical conditions.
Dr. Bryan guides nursing mothers and helps children and families stay healthy through the changing stages of growth and development. He also helps older patients stay as independent as possible and enjoy a good quality of life.
Dr. Bryan performs many clinical procedures, including the removal of moles, lipomas (fatty skin deposits) and skin lesions. He also offers clinical treatments such as injection therapy for joint or muscle pain relief.
Among the chronic conditions that Dr. Bryan manages are diabetes, arthritis, skin disorders, high blood pressure and heart disease and anxiety. He also evaluates and treats workplace injuries.
In addition to clinical care, Dr. Bryan is a clinical assistant professor at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, Department of Family Medicine and Community Health.
In his free time, Dr. Bryan enjoys downhill and cross-country skiing and summertime camping with his family. He is also a marathon runner and volunteer youth sports coach.
