The DFMCH’s FY23 Annual Report is a summary of our activities from July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023.
In FY23, DFMCH provided care for an impressive 403,901 patient visits across our 17 statewide clinics. This commitment to patient well-being is at the heart of our mission, and we are dedicated to continually improving the quality of care we offer.
2021-2022 UW Department of Family Medicine and Community Health Annual Report
The DFMCH’s FY22 Annual Report is a summary of our activities from July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022.
In FY22, we provided care for 358,223 patient visits (193,152 total patient panel) in our 17 statewide clinics. We continued to improve patient care quality by pioneering self-rooming in primary care clinics, growing rural medical education opportunities, improving LGBTQ+ care, and expanding access to substance use disorder treatment.
2020-2021 UW Department of Family Medicine and Community Health Annual Report
The DFMCH’s FY21 Annual Report is a summary of our activities from July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021.
In FY21, we provided care for 338,728 patient visits (198,258 total patient panel) in our 17 statewide clinics. We continued to improve patient care quality by expanding telehealth visits, continuing resident well-being and resilience initiatives and improving behavioral health access.
2019-2020 UW Department of Family Medicine and Community Health Annual Report
The DFMCH’s FY20 Annual Report is a summary of our activities from July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2020.
In FY20, we provided care for 314,333 patient visits (154,370 total patient panel) in our 17 statewide clinics. We continued to improve patient care quality by temporarily consolidating some of our clinics and offering telehealth visits for the safety of our patients and staff during the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The DFMCH’s FY19 Annual Report is a summary of our activities from July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2019.

We completed our first year as the Department of Family Medicine and Community Health. We’re excited to strengthen our community health endeavors, further improve how we care for our patients, expand our research and educate even more primary care providers for the state, nation and world.

The DFM’s FY15 Annual Report is a summary of our activities from July 1, 2014, through June 30, 2015.
In FY15, we provided outstanding care for 414,112 patient visits in 21 statewide clinics, plus 28,074 patients at three urgent care sites.
We continued to improve patient care quality and delivery through the UW Health primary care redesign initiative.
